Terms of Service

01Who we are

forma.fx ("we," "us," or "Forma") publishes pre-market trading education, daily briefings, and operates a private community for retail traders. Billing is processed through whop.com/formafx. Community access is granted through Discord after you complete the video modules and pass the final quiz.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that nothing in your local law prevents you from accessing trading education.

03Account and access

Your account is managed through Whop. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access is granted on a one person per subscription basis. Sharing your account, your community invitation, or your access in any form is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

04Subscriptions and billing

All payments are processed by Whop. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing at the prices listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

05Intellectual property

All content on forma.fx, including the daily briefings, video modules, written materials, and original community contributions from the founder, is the intellectual property of forma.fx and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for your own personal learning. You may not:

• republish, redistribute, or repost any briefing, video, or written material;
• screen-share, broadcast, or display the content to anyone outside your subscription;
• repackage or resell any portion of the content;
• use the content, in whole or in part, to train artificial intelligence models or to teach others;
• remove or alter any copyright notice or branding.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, lease, gift, or resell your access;
• post or paste briefings or module content into public channels of any kind;
• record, screenshot, or repost content from the Discord community;
• harass other members, spam the community, or disrupt discussion;
• misrepresent yourself, your experience, or your trading results;
• use the service to solicit other members for unrelated products or services.

07Educational service only

Forma is an educational service. We do not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell specific instruments, or portfolio management of any kind. Nothing published inside the service is intended as a solicitation to trade. The daily briefings and trade ideas are analytical exercises shared for educational purposes only. 08No guarantee of results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the use of our service will result in profits, prevent losses, or guarantee any particular outcome. Your trading results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your own execution, position sizing, risk management, and market conditions.

09Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content published in the briefings or community.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, forma.fx, its founder, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless forma.fx, its founder, and its affiliates against any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other members or to the service. Refunds in cases of termination for cause are at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your Whop account.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which forma.fx is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email or through a notice in the community at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
